Mugs

Show us your mugs.

These are our new mugs... we have 8 of them. I'm still getting used to the new shapes and texture and thickness of them, but at least they're pretty and matching and not chipped (yet).

JGT Magnets

Here are some of the more "interesting" magnets on our fridge, given to us over the years. I don't think I've ever bought a magnet for myself.

There are a handful of other ones but they're the kind that you get in the mail from real estate agencies, restaurants, or other places that use magnets as advertising material.

JGT Wall-Hangings

I have one of those chinese wall hangings, but I also have 2 destructo-cats, so it stays rolled up in the cupboard. Can you frame these sorts of wall hangings in any way to protect them? That would be so un-Asian though.

So, here are some things that are somewhat safe to hang on the wall:

My hair dryer

It's hanging, it's kinda a buddha, it's hanging buddha! You can see where destructo-cats got to it.

JGT Candles

We have a few candles floating around the house, but the ones on our balcony are more amusing. When we first moved in, we put these garden candle holders out then put regular candles in them. We didn't think that regular candles wouldn't withstand the sun and heat, so this is what we have now. BTW, the dead shrubs were already dead when we moved in.

JGT Medicine Cabinet

I didn't bother tidying it up.

Something simple

My challenge for this week, is pretty easy. Everyone has one, one dozen, one hundred, but we've all got candles. You don't have to get excessive, believe me, I could have. Just post one of your candles this week. After or along with J1's "What's under your sink" challenge.

Not quite a wall hanging

But it's hanging on the wall.
